Questions on Publish 79 Boss Encounter (Yes, assume there'll be spoilers herein)

Sorry if this was covered in the thread. I didn't see it but I could easily have missed it.

1. Is there some trick to get into the Exodus Dungeon? I logged into Test Center (a rare thing for me) and the way in seemed to be blocked off.

2. Are the keys you get from that dungeon timered?

the normal entrance to Exodus dungeon are all efielded off except the west/north/NW ones i believe.

the keys have a 1 week timer on them
