Questions on Faction Items

Hi there, i recently discovered alot of faction items, and since i never had anything to do with it, i have absolutely no clue on it - i tried to get answers to my questions but couldnt realy find alot of ansers - so sorry if this was asked alot yet but maybe one nice soul can help me:

1) If i have an Orny that has an Owner on it, can somone else wear it if i would sell it? (if he meets the Faction Rank of course)
2) Lifespawn: 4 weeks - does that mean after this it goes *poof*?
3) What about faction itmes that have NO livespawn on and dont have an owner (Morph earrings i have)
4) Can i sell it back to get the silver for it if i join factions with a char and he "turns them in" somewhere?

Or can i just toss them or lock them down for display until they go poof...

To 3) that means i just keep them for now and try to get more info on that (if it doesnt have an owner, i will try this with a faction member if he can wear it (if i find one lol))
To the rest of the items: I will lock them down for display and wait till they poof hehe

I had a faction spell book that didnt have a name on it and anyone could use it. I sold it for 90 million asit had more mods on it than a nomral one

The morph earrings have no owner and can be used by anyone as long as they are in factions
