Questions concerning Factions

I have a few questions concerning Factions and the Halloween event. i have never joined a Faction and i wont if Faction members can kill each other or loot each other in Tram regardless of the Faction items available.

1. I know this might sound like a dumb question but if i am in a Faction can i be looted or killed from Faction members or other players even in Tram?
2. Does this mean that some of the Halloween event items will not be available for non Faction members if so that is just not fair.

All these over powering Faction items sound like a bad idea to me i can see it now more players crying for Faction item nerfs and non faction members who refuse to join a Faction asking for similar powered non Faction items to balance things out a recipe for disaster if you ask me.

No, you can not be attacked by other faction teams in Tram. Only time you will be able to be attacked in tram is by a person of your own guild {not faction}.
I think you are able to obtain any of the new Halloween content in or out of factions, just not the faction items themselves, you must be in factions to recieve them.

ok thank you that is good to know. i still feel these new faction items will make the game more unbalanced then ever i mean if your not in a faction your going to be severely underpowered compared to a faction member in both PVP and PVM.

NO factions or not you can not be attacked in tram by another player.
The part of the event that involves factions only determines which TRAM city is invaded so no you do not have to be part of factions to participate in the invasions of tram cities.

With the faction items, you have a choice like everyone else to be in factions or not. If you don't want to be in factions then the items shouldn't effect you unless your getting involved in a faction battle as a non faction player. Because any faction player that would use these items for things such as yew gate fighting or champ spawns wouldn't be very wise since they all have duribility and will eventually break. I'm sure there will be those few who join the faction and try to use them for other non faction things but then realize that they would actually have to gain rank and hold that rank to use these items and are limited to how many they can wear according to rank where as a non faction player no limits as to how many they have on. What they are doing is giving us more into pvp by adding something to fight for and defend with rewards and penalties. I don't see anything wrong with this, PvP as it stand now has become pointless killing at yew gate while others hide in a house or in gaurdzones. Other then champ spawns what challanges are there for pvpers?
