Questions About Vendors And Such.

How does one go about setting up a horse breeder in a town? Must you be appointed by whoever is running the faction? Also if say COM owns a town can an opposing faction place a breeder? I always assumed if a specific faction had a town only they can place vendors etc. I see most vendors at the bank but then a horse breeder sometimes at the stable so I assume these can be placed anywhere in town? Any info is appreciated ty

The commanding lord has to appoint a financial minister but the FMs are kicked out when ever the sigs corrupt so you have to appoint them 3 or 4 times a day. So if the CL is never on good luck. You can thank the devs for not knowing wtf is going on..

If you are on Europa, and in CoM I can let you have a horse if you want one, my crafter has a spare one

Only if they play Europa, seems Minax are full of rez killers these days, kind of sad really, that they do not have the b****s to fight without hiding, taking cheap shots, and killing enemy players already in stat loss., and with no defense or offense.
