Questions about Library and Museum Donations

I have just recently returned to playing.. Are any of the rewards from the Library or Museum turn ins worth the investment of time and donations anymore? or have the newer items made them pretty useless?
I have tons of points in several locations and not sure what is considered valued anymore. (I trade in primarily to resell on vendors)

I've only seen some Library & Museum rewards for sale, not in use so much. Most people go for the deco items. Armor & weapon items are generally put up on mannequins.
