Questions about champ spawns in Ish..

The last two times Ive done a champ spawn in Ish I havent gotten anything was wondering does dying effect your drop rate when it comes to SoTs and also getting something off the Boss? Also if you die and leave the area to go get rezzed at a shrine does this effect your drop rate as well?

Drop rates seem overall bad in any facet,I have sometimes goten 2 sots in a row in ils and none in the same time span.Its also prety comon to do a champ from lvl 1 to boss and not get ´´anything`` at all,even in fell.Seems some champs can also drop deco stuff as you work them,I got a swamp tile other day while working cold blood spawn in Ils valor other day,until i had to bail because of mass paragons.

What was not mentioned in the patch notes is they turned down the drop rate of 105 power scrolls rather significantly. You used to get 2-3 easy if you worked the entire spawn. Now you are lucky to get either a 105 or a SOT.

These scrolls are not going to be as common as everyone thinks. With 55 skills to get them for and the low drop rate, they will be worth a lot. I haven't heard of anyone getting an Animal Taming yet, which should be the most desirable one.

Yeah...the Devs have said the drop rate for SoT and Power Scrolls is bugged.....So, we waiting for a fix on that.

My first in Ish I got a SoT.

The next one I got a nice Replica,the Crown of Te...

Since then I have done quite a few and haven't got anything.

The drop rate is atrocious. They will need adjusted because people are just getting disgusted with not getting anything. You can thank all the whiners who are worried that everything will be common in 3 weeks. As it is people will stop doing the spawns and the bots will start doing them. From the very beginning I have seen more people going from spawn to spawn with their necro withering all the easy kills then moving when it goes to level 2. I had a lot of hope for this publish but its in need of some very serious tweaking before it's going to be successful. Which won't happen until well after the holidays I'm afraid. For now I'll keep at it and hope to get a bone here or there but it needs work for sure.

The publish has been out for 2 days. These items are meant to be rare. You are not meant to get something every time you spawn, that was the entire design.

It appears, not 100% for sure, that dying is like "leaving the server" in our guild, when we do it, usually the person that doesn't die at all gets it. If we all die, it's more or less random.

Why not? Champ spawns in fel have given out rewards every time. In multiples of 6+. Seems to me those are still a highly coveted item. People can say what they want about rarity or entitlement all they want. This system would be better if it was based on an accumulated system like doom. Those who do them constantly would, of course, disagree because they will get the items they seek. Those who get discouraged by constant disappointment will not. Doom all over again and it will become apparent shortly. I'm merely stating the obvious.

You go fight paragons often? I don't mean while spawning, just to fight paragons. Probably not. Because minors are worth nothing.

we got a .9 taming the first day. the drop rates on the artifacts seems to be really messed up from shard to shard. i play 2 shards. on balhae our guild gets an artifact about 50% of spawns. on great lakes our guild gets an artifact about 5% of the time. its so drastic its not even funny.

How about apples to oranges? How many people you see using ANY paragon items? Few to none. PvP gear? Nope. How popular are 20 scrolls? How long have they been in the game? Wanna try again?

Let's go with DOOM. They lowered the drop rate and the prices plummeted. Then people got bored and the prices went right back up. Are they still worth anything? Of course they are. The rarity of items is not the only factor in determining their popularity. Some items are worthless. That holds true with doom artis and the replicas.

They could implement the drop for t scrolls and replicas in a similar system as doom has with half the drop and it would do much to make this sytem more successful to players that don't already spawn professionally in felucca.

The funny thing is the majority(if not all) of the players that feel the drop rate is fine is because they do their spawns in felucca. The drop rate is the same and so is the tscroll drop but the big difference is each champ gives a reward in the form of powerscrolls. These players do not feel their time is wasted because they get a reward. Even if it's not a useful 20 they have a tangible thing to show for their time as opposed to nothing as is the case with spawn after spawn on the tram side. I'm not saying make it easy but when you do 2 spawns you should walk away with a crappy .1 scroll at least.
