you can have up to 6 sims on one account, but only play 1 sim at a time
If you have 2 or more accounts you can play 1 sim from each account at the same time
If you have 2 or more accounts you can play 1 sim from each account at the same time

I thought there were going to be a total of 8 sims in EALand.
3 from the production cities
1 from EALand (that was created upon opening)
4 from Betaville
What I want to know is if you never had sims in Betaville, can you make the additional 4 sims in EALand?
