Well for a dexer it's always best to build the template around the weapon... So figure out what weapon you're going to run first then build your suit... If you have the weapon then post the mods

Orny, Inquis, I use FC1 ring with 15HCI, Spirit of Totem, and Primer on arms, there is your 40HCI, you're 5 short but oh well. If your weap is something leet like:

HCI
FC 1
SSI
HLD
SSI
DI

You can run the Folded steel glasses instead if totem, HOTL, fey legs, and quiver and be at 65 DCI. Otherwise DCI will probably not go much higher than 50 or so for you.

4/6 isn't necessary since they added a couple ticks to holy light years ago. 4/4 is plenty fast.

It's actually not bad, even after the nerf. It isn't affected by swinging so you can cast and swing simultaneously. In tight quarters if you can hit someone, and hit spell them, and holy light them all at once...

The reason I ask is that is you really want 4/6 it is easy with an FC wep and an FC shield and two 1/3's.

If you don't want to use a shield, you can craft a two handed weapon with FC 2 and then use the 1/3's with that.

Yep. You need the recipe but there is one two hander that has FC 1 built in so if you roll FC 1 again, you get FC 2.
