Question to the devs about honor not working.

Friend of mine has paged almost everyday for over 2 weeks has also sent in multiple bug reports.

His honor wont gain. He kills succubus for over hour honoring them before he kills and wont gain a bit.

I took my char down there and it works just fine for me all the way to knight.

He is not the only one this is happening to just wondering what if anything he can do since the gms dont even know what honor is and ea has more vacations then the post office.

Your friend probably already know this, but I'll mention it just in case he didn't. It might be a reason why he's not gaining in honor.

You won't gain honor from killing something that's been calmed with the peacemaking skill. Occasionally you can gain honor from something that has a ton of hit points that was peaced when you first started to kill it. I'm unsure, however, of what point in the process of killing something that the calming effect has to wear off in order to gain in honor.

Honor can be gained by peacing, only thing is you must Area Peace Only to get it to work. (On Occasion I have seen direct peacing work too, but is rare)

He kills succubus in the dojo on a sampire. I go down there exactly the same time i kill one i gain honor. He does exactly what i do and doesnt gain anything.

Its really stupid. He checked his email today again and not a word back. Paging does absolutely nothing. Canned response every damn time.

I was wondering about this as well. I was killing a ton of stuff and didn't gain a single dot. I just thought I wasn't killing stuff with high enough fame. It has been years since I last tried gaining honor on my dexer.
