Question re: NPC the Herald

I am unable to find any information about those NPC's called 'Name the Herald' , which are usually placed at the entrance of a house announcing the arrival of someone or saying something witty.

Where do players get those?

I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart dear HEN for that Information! It clears up WHY I couldn't find the information by using NPC 'Herald' and NPC 'Assistants. I really needed to know where to look and that information, you have most kindly supplied !

Oh dear - Confusion, thus another question.

The only token I have been able to find is some called "Your Personal Attendant". Is that what I am looking for to get the HERALD Attendant?

OR

Question: Does that token give you the four choices of attendants? Or is that a separate type of attendant that follows you around?

I am a bit confused! <(you think?)

Well I took the bull by the horns, so to speak, and tested one of the "Personal Attendant" tokens which gave all the answers.
Clicking on the token first warns you that the Personal Attendant is account and character bound.
Clicking on the token puts a deed in your backpack for a personal attendant.
Clicking on that personal attendant deed gives a number of attendant types to chose from.
Clicking on the Attendant you wish to have, produces an attendant on the spot next to where you stand with various options on a menu when you click on that chosen attendant such as on Herald that I chose:
Clicking on the Herald Attendant gave me a few choices to make:
a. relocation of the attendant (follow me) (stand here and greet arrivals)
b. various types of greetings - a variety of greetings and sayings to chose from. No option to create your own greeting to visitors.

The tenant can only be placed in a house you own. Not sure if all characters on the same account can use that Attendant too. Hmmm.. will check it out .. right now.

Answser: No. Those attendants are bound by both character and account. I experimented with this one Personal Attendant Token on my primary account and primary character so it isn't lost.
