If i buy a name change token and change my characters name, can i still use my personal bless deed? Can a gm change the name of my pbd? Thanks in advance.

It will still work for you. The name will change on it. If it is already applied to armor, just remove the deed after the name change and re-apply it. You'll see the change.
The bless will still work for your character even if you don't unbless and change the name, though. The item will appear as "Blessed For Old Name" but still won't drop to your corpse.
