Question on clean up Britannia

I love the idea that we just have to throw items in trash cans to get rewards.

But--my turn in items are scattered in multiple houses. Does the character who trashes the items get the points, or the character who owns the house?

Will points be account or character specific?

The points are character specific at this point. So you'll want to trash everything with the same character. I'd suggest just Co-owning it to all three houses and then letting the one toss everything.
