question on chicken lizards

says i need to feed it on grain or hay, i know there was once a farmer in haven that sold hay but hes gone and spent the last 2 days running around trying to buy some but cant find where, anyone know where i can get them?

There should be a farmer's market building in most towns. There is one in Moonglow (in front of the smaller inn on the east side of town).
