How about blocking one of the two paths from where the spawn comes on Covetous level 2? Its not to kill them nor not allow them to retaliate.. its just to only take care of half the spawn and do more waves.. hehe

This is true, but it always left me wondering if it would still be ok to trap the magic casting/fire breathing monsters, per the letter of the law, they can retaliate, just not via melee.

What about all the people that kill Semi in fire by teleporting into the rock circle so she can't hit them?
There is Game Tactics and then there is Game Mechanics. Outsmarting critters is good. Abusing their AI is bad. Just put on your bigboy pants and play the game right.
Even scraping a critter off on the corner of a house and killing it is just in bad taste.

Actually you should of known this as a PvPer. If you cant block other people with ballbags but have a clear path for them at a Harry. Same with factions as long as their is a clear path. Same would go with monsters in any facet. Now that doesn't mean people don't do it. Just saying.

I agree, just like they need to teach Baricoon how to walk around when attacked.
I encourage anyone to log on great lakes and stop by covetous levels 3 and 4 and see the 200 bagballs placed to block every single creature back into a corner.

Although many do it to get a foot up on others.
The rub is that GM's have to see it done before they can do any thing about it. Which makes for alot of fustration for all callers..
GM's just dont have the time to sit there and watch for these players. The GM's of today lack the numbers in personel to do as the ones from the past had.
My suguestion is to use a sneeky to grab them up or use a axe on them in there to help out. Yes I know its a pain but a little help goes a long way for all in game.
