Now for a fun question of the day. It should be interesting to see how many of you answer this.

If "Ultima Online: Catskills Shard" was made into a summer blockbuster movie, what actor/actress can you picture playing in it as your main character, and why do you see think that person would be perfect to play the role of your character?

I know I can see Russell Crowe playing the fearless Vallend the paladin rushing into battle to defend what he feels is right. Russell showed that he can play a strong leader character in both "Gladiator" and 'Master and Commander: Far side of the World". I think he is the one actor that would do my character justice.

That's a tough one for Kei. There aren't that many people in Hollywood that can play a slightly out of shape scholar such as I have imagined him. Although Russell Crowe did play it well in "A Beautiful Mind". But you've already taken him, so I'll try to pick someone else for Kei. My second choice is far too old for Kei, but I'll stick with him. A younger Richard Dreyfuss (around the time of Mr. Holland's Opus) would be a perfect one for him.

For Path, I wouldn't use an actor at all. Or at least I would make him wear an elaborate costume. For him, there is no other choice than the faun in Pan's Labyrinth, played very well by Doug Jones. Path, after all, is a satyr. There aren't many movie roles to choose which matches that, but coincidently, the humor and deception of the faun matches Path to a T.

For my bard, Dedigan (who gets no love and isn't my main any more), there is no other choice than the Dutch singer, Anouk. Her style and choice of loud colors to wear matches Dedigan perfectly and she's built very similarly to how I saw Ded when I first made her.

My other two, Aneirin and Farsight are simply me. While I created them for a role played purpose, they didn't work out that way.

But if it couldnt be me I would prefer Jacki Chan.
