The quest 'New Cloak' from Tallinin the Cloth Weaver in Sanctuary lists the reward as 'a craftsman's satchel'.

Does this satchel ever contain tailoring recipes? ie does it give the chance of stitcher's mitts, song woven mantle or spell woven britches?

It does, as do all his other quests with the same reward listed.

Though you're far more likely to end up with a quiver recipe.

thanks, I'm not doing them, only listing them. I'm guessing the quests from the npcs in the middle of prism of light that list 'craftsman's satchel' also have a chance of giving recipes?
