[Discussion] Question about wind spirit

i went to one museum and the wind spirit makes wind noise while being close to it, in another museum it does not make any noise, why is this?

perhaps its similar to the two story statues where some speak and some dont while others only speak to select individuals.

i'm being told that wind spirits don't make noise and the one i saw only sounds like it does because there is a haunted chest near by that makes the noise
