Question about UO Forums from the OSI Site

Hey, I was just looking around the forums on the UO site and I wanted to post/reply to some things on the Chessy shard, But for the life of me I can't find the option to post/reply... Do I need special permission or something to post on those forums?

You have to log in with your account name and password on the official forums in order to post, not an Endless Journey account though, the account has to be a paid account.
