Question about this cu..

So I purchased this cu earlier off a stall in Mag. There's some points left over for 120's like it says, my question is about the Dexterity. Is it stuck at 125? I've gone into the points menu and checked and it says Max is 120. Just wondering if that's why this cu was as cheap as it was..

They hit the caps by putting the Int high. The dex is stopped at 125. It will just walk a little slower. Not a bad thing.

Needs 620 points for the scrolls to be 120.

Has exactly 620 points I'm pretty sure, maybe a little more.
