Question about the reward sets of armour

hi i have the full set of Sorcerers Armor which i have not used yet and i am working on getting both the complete set of knights armour and the scouts armour my concern is can we use the powder of fortifacation on these pieces? if not i won't be using them thanks.

good question. i was wondering the same thing myself sad to say i don't know i assume it is fortifiable i just don't know. it would be nice if someone can respond here that knows.
