Question about the Nox Ranger´s Heavy Crossbow.

Going through my chests I find a bunch of these bows. Some have a base damage of 19-20 and others 20-24.

Is the 19-20 ones some kind of old damage types?

Edit: Also found some Bow of the Juka King bows with 2 different damage types. 16-18 and 15-19.
Is 16-18 the old one?
