Question about the mouse hole

hi i have a keep and as you know in keeps and castles there are unreachable areas my question is with the mouse hole can we get into those areas? i do have one other question if we can get in those areas with the mouse hole can we lock things down in them and if we do will they stay locked down or decay with time? thanks

I would doubt that you can get into those areas as they are static non-accessible.
