What's the deal on these plane shields/swords and threads. Is there a turn in...and if so...to whom is this stuff turned in? What do we get for turn in, etc.

Most ppl think that those swords and shields will be part of the turn in mentioned by draconi. However, its just speculation right now as no official word has been given detailing the turn in.

I can't possibly think of another reason behind these except for a turn in. They never officially announce anything until it is happening though so its all up in the air for now.
