Question about the archery butte

Hi all,

does anyone know whether the archery butte is merely a decoration item, or if it can be used to make a contest, similar to the dart board?

They say that archers tend to go for the big buttes...

The old school UO would actually show the arrows attached to the butte when you fired at it.

yep just tried it and you can use it but when you do it keeps saying can't reach that which I would assume it isn't supposed to but you can still shoot arrows at it.

And it gives you a score. I only had a score of 40 after 12 shots because I kept missing lol.
