what is the highest level of a craftsmans' Talisman you've seen?

I've heard of Tailoring Talismans that go as high as 25 except/25 bonus... never actually seen one...


just wondering how high can they go?

I want to say some are a cap of 30. I know I have a few that are 26 to 27, highest I have seen was a 29.

I think the highest from the quests in Heartwood is 25, to get higher you need to hunt peerless and get lucky.
