ok, so this is a dumb question- but I havent arrempted pvp in quite some time.

Do you need tactics, or tactics AND anatomy for the special weapon moves?

just tactics

doesnt include, shadow strike(requires 80 stealth) or infectious strike(requires 80 poisoning) but other than that you need at least 80 tactics to perform primary speacil move, and 100 tactics to perform secondary speacil move on weapons

Only tactics. And it was a horrible change IMO. Hybrids were by far the most fun to play and, imo, took the most skill. The solution should not be the tactics requirement and the spell + toggle weapon special nerf. The solution, something we still need imo despite the other nerfs we got, is to remove the negative mana cost you get from being human and having skills that reduce the weapon cost of specials by 5-10 mana. If weapon specials cost their ACTUAL base mana, there would be nothing overpowered about them and no reason for the tactics requirement and spell+weapon special nerf, with the exception of a few specials, like nerve strike.

i liked having tactics as a requirement for special moves, cause specials moves are ment for pretty much pure warriors which gives the template a chance. Its rare you ever saw pure warrior temps or seomthing similar before the change, mostly hybrid stuff.

you dont seem to realize what the changes were for. the goal was to make templates that can do 100+ damage combos (like for example explo flamestrike and nerve strike/ar ignore and other comparable stuff) way way harder to play as you would have to give up skillpoints for tactics. same goes with the spell toggeling & specials.

changing what you say about manacost etc wouldnt help with that at all, changing manacosts doesnt help at all, they only need enough mana to do their instantkill combo once. you can change the manacosts as you want, they wont need to do a second special.
