Question about shroud and medusa

Does the shroud of the condemed still drop?

Where do I find the medusa boss?

I have just killed tyball for an hour with no drop so I guess the answer is no.

I think they may have changed Tyball so that if you've already gotten a cloak from him with a character, that character will no longer have it drop. I haven't tested this to find out though, but would make sense since they made whatever changes they did.
