Question about scrappers mods

* could you get one with:
+12 magery
1/2 casting
10 LMC
25SDI
16LRC?

Where you get the +12 magery, 2 FCR and 16 LRC as your 3 extra mods?

I know you can get the magery and LRC, not sure about the additional FCR. A book with max magery and LRC would be extremely rare.

The Magery and LRC are possible, the FCR bonus isn't.
