Question about player Vendors

When a player has a rental vendor in someone else's house (i.e. is hosted), the owner of the house has the right to boot out the vendor BEFORE the end of the lease contract ? Or the rental contract is binding and the owner cannot do nothing before it expires ?

If it is a binding contract, what happens if all of a sudden the owner of the House makes it private from the public that it was ? The rental vendors belonging to other players get automatically booted out ?

Or does the owner of the house have to wait that the rental contracts expire before he can set the House as private from the public that it was ?

Also, can the owner of the House, in any way, have access to other players' rented vendors and interact with them, change prices, take items off of them without purchasing the items and so forth ? Or is it that only the players who rented them can have access to them and their goods ?

Lastly, what does the phrase "I do only thy bidding" mean when spoken by a rental vendor ??

Thanks a lot.

The contract is binding, the house owner cannot change anything or do anything with a renters vendors, it is not possible to make a house private while rental vendors are still there, they have to be dropped first. "I do only thy bidding" is basically the vendor telling you no one can give them items to sell except you.

Ahh... but if you customize or sell a house before the end of the contract, doesn't the vendor go into a private/vendor moving crate?
