Question about player run towns

If you have one of these towns could they place docks for your boats?
This is just a question and no need for everyone to come out running this isn't fair blah blah blah hehe.
I'm asking because I noticed some really nice GM placed deco around the towns.

So basically their banner was a dock?

Neat. According to published reports, on GL the long-standing Chicken Fight Club got a working fight pit as their banner after their original idea proved to not be viable.

The resentment that goes on over various kinds of banners sometimes is a real shame. Some folks have resentment that puts even me to shame.

On Catskills, UP's Dock is the best of all the banners its a wonderful asset to the player town.

I believe M!S on Baja has a dock-style town banner on Dagger Isle in Fel. Thread is here but the pictures are no longer available: http://vboards.stratics.com/uo-baja/231851-new-m-s-dock.html.

Also, I think the Mage Tower outside Moonglow in Fel on Baja has had a dock of sorts for many, many years.
