Question about orc masks

Will an orc mask allow the wearer to walk amongst the orcs without being attacked? Similar to savage kin paint?

No, for that, you need a Mask of orcish kinship. That's a green orc mask.

Be careful to not do any AoE damage to any Orc while you're wearing the mask. It explodes, and does a great deal of damage to the wearer if you damage an orc while wearing the mask.

Before Imbuing I wore one of those masks to run the sanctuary quest repeatedly. Now that imbuing is out, no real reason to do sanctuary.
