If the owner of a house changes his/her name does the house sign also change? If not, is that char still recognized as the owner?

House name, crafted by tags, etc., do not change with a character name change...
But any character on that account will still be recognized as the house owner...
The one thing I am unsure of is "will a name change deed cause a personal bless deed to no longer work..."

I do know that if you blessed an item before, the item will remain blessed for you, even though the name doesn't match anymore.

I do know that if you blessed an item before, the item will remain blessed for you, even though the name doesn't match anymore.

If you unbless the item, the bless deed then changes to showing the new name.

I recently did a name change on a house owner, the house today does say the new name as owner. As does the Personal Bless Deed of that charactor. Just takes a few days for the house to catch up with your new name.

Nice to know they have corrected that for new transfers.
