question about melissa's cloak

can i use powder of fortification on melissa's cloak? after the durability wears down from repairs and such

oh i thought powders could only not be used on replicas and could be used on almost everthing else. is there alist of items that i cant use powder of fortification on somewhere

I would assume you can. only way to find out is to try it
