Question about Horn of Plenty

If I recall correctly, the Horn of Plenty was supposed to replenish itself during November. I emptied all of mine in early November knowing that I would have the month to replenish. I'm checking accounts now for holiday gifts and noticed that all of the horns of plenty are still empty. It doesn't seem like we needed to log on accounts to have them replenish last year. Is this an intended change or am I remembering something wrong? The latter is definitely a possibility.

I emptied mine twice and they replenished.
I had some in bank boxes some in backpack and a bunch in my house.
Replenished 1 charge per day.
Didn't log in to check, just logged in 2 weeks later and they were all topped up again.

I had 15 locked down in my house and they all recharged 1 per day until they were full. They had all been emptied prior to Nov 1 when the recharging started. After they recharged in Nov, I emptied them again and they all recharged back to full.

Mine recharged in house when they was locked down.

Hmmm. I've only checked ones that were in backpacks. But they are all empty, except for an occasional one with just one charge. I thought they were supposed to recharge without logging in. Oh well, nothing I can do about it now. Perhaps next November they will recharge. It is strange that some would recharge and others not.

I tried first with only secure too, - but i had to lock them down for to get them to recharge. Not sure what they do in bank. But I am pretty sure they have to be locked down as plants.

I had two in a chest that recharged as intended.

mine all recharged fine in a backpack inside a secure so I don't know why you guys got screwed unless someone was poking around your houses who was on the friends list or something

I've not had any locked down before and had no trouble with them recharging. Weird. No one was poking around the backpacks, the characters I've noticed are on shards I don't really play much. I'll have to check my home shard also.

I believe the horns need to be "in the world" to recharge.
