Question about deeds

Back again with another question. This time about deeds. I picked up one called a "Big Forge (Facing South) Deed" (compared to the deeds there are now). Was curious if anyone knows about those?

Also, I have another deed I picked up called "Unknown" but it looks like a repair deed, crafted by Betty Ha Ha.

Could anyone tell me anything about these?

Big Forge is somewhat rare. It's what large forges used to read before the changes went in. If you place it it will convert. Worth 2-5mil average.

Unknown deeds were created by using the "make last" option of a tool kit without having a last object to make due to a patch change. Worth ~1mil although I don't think I've ever seen one with the "crafted by" tag.

both are extremely hard sellers....i think i have around 10 or so big forge deeds facing both ways, couldnt ever sell em so i kept em lol

Unknown Deeds, i toss out =/....not worth anything IMO, ive seen em go for 500k-1m tho

I also found a big forge deed in one of my old bags i wanted to throw away a few years ago. I just forgot about the bags and found them yesterday in a chest down in my cellar.
And I also found a brown "unkown" deed. It was in a bag where I had my repair deeds in. I had it in there since the repair deeds came out and it was not made with make last. I am very sure it was a repair deed.

What will you sell the Unknown~Betty ha ha deed for? and what shard, I am assuming Atlantic, since I knew her and that's where she played?

I'd probably sell for 700-750k, and yes, it is on Atlantic
