Question about board options

In our User CP's we have an option way down at the bottom left called "custom contents". It allows you to enter URL's to your favorite forums. Question is how do I make these display when I go to my CP? Or do you have to jump to the bottom of the page everytime and go into the custom content section?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but it seems as good as any.

Do you see a little blue double arrow top left side of the board

clicking on that should open up a menu with your custom links at the top of it.
