Question About Begging

Hi,

I have a GM begger, and after tracking around the world for many many hours on a char with glorious lady statue, no matter what npc i beg from, i`m only getting gold.. nothing else..

Is there a certain NPC i`m supposed to be begging from? to get items?

Any imput would be appreciated

You only get items in Heartwood I think.
