question about an EJ account

I have an old account I would just pay to activate for a month but for some reason its says its hooked to a different master account, not sure what the deal with that is, but anyway, it wont let me take anything out my bank box, it says my bank is to full, is there anyway to get around this? if I buy a vault will that allow me to take stuff out of my bank?

You can contact broadsword and have them attach it to your main master avcount.
