Question about a turn in

HI! I was wondering something about the spring turn ins. I was looking at the list of things you can turn in & I was wondering what a clockwork assembly is and what kind of character makes that item. I looked in both tinkering & carpentry and didn't see it. Maybe I overlooked it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx!
