[Discussion] Question about a ring...

I found a silver ring, but its not magic or anything.. just "a ring"

To my understanding, silver braclets and rings always drop with a mod on them, however bad it may be..

Any other way of obtaining them that im missing?

a while back when you made a new samurai char there was a little mini quest where you could take those out of a chest.

thats the only silver "a ring" ive ever seen.

Can't you just buy these from a jeweler?

Edit: Checked ingame, but the non-named rings are all gold. I do believe these silver rings aren't rare. I think you can find them as loot on zombies and ratmen. I also think I've seen them on sea serpents corpses during fishing trips...

I know I've had a silver ring saying:
'ring
Blessed'

for a long time and I was under the impression it was rare :).

It is! Someone used an item bless deed on it and who would do that? :D Automatically rare.

Or, it was touched by a dev/gm/seer at some point. I have some blessed items from that.

Of course, this is half in jest, because technically and strictly speaking, anything that can still be 'made' (no matter how much it costs) is not 'rare.'
