Question about a couple items

Can anyone telling me where one might find items like these? I've never seen a bandage graphic like this one before (or maybe I have, but I don't remember it). Is it a rare or uncommon occurrence?

I know the sculpture is a stealable, but I didn't think they were dyeable? Do these sometimes spawn red or can they be dyed?

I have seen the bandaids around for a long time - but not sure where they come from. The Statues were dyable with the slime dye event and possibly with the newer natural dyes.

I may be completely ignorant, but don't you loot bandages off of random (non-important) monsters that look like that?

Bandages are from a talisman of clean bandage summoning.
They can be used as normal bandages.
They will not go into or be accepted by a fountain of life to be enhanced.
I believe UOA and the Classic client recognize these as bandages.
Not sure if you have to make a seperate hotbar slot on the EC for these.

And anything with "artifact rarity" can be dyed with tokuno dyes.
