question about a cave...

I've heard there's a cave where you can't cast spells. I think there's a throne in it. Anyone happen to know where it's at?

go to ilhsnar spirit go to the dread horn cave theres a throne way back in the back there not sure if yuo can cast spells or not theere but thats the only throne i know of, dont go into dreadhorn area just head back once inside your in the cave before you inter the sparkles
