Quest or Library Turn in for all scrolls types

There are allot of scrolls as loot and could have a nice value to the library turn in. I am not getting allot of scrolls in big stacks on many high end critters. Turning these rarer ones would help get those points faster too.

I agree completely with your idea, in fact I had a bunch of scrolls that I made while training Inscription and brought them to the Library to turn them in, thinking the picture of the blank scroll was just to show that scrolls could be turned in, wrong. So now I have a 2k spell scrolls from training and im only at like 65 .
