quest location for spellweaver

im sure someone can tell me where to go to do the spellweaver quest ive asked a few ppl in game and they didnt know i started a new mage a few months ago and want to add spellweaver also and was told have to do the quest to do it so please some help would be great

To start the spellweaving quests you need to go to heartwood.
