Quest giver

I don't find this quest giver, ansella gryen. I've searched uo-guide, these forums, also playguide of OSI but nothing.
Can someone tell me who is she?

Essentially, it was a quest for Samurai Empire new Samuaris & ninjas. but anyone could do -

a 1-time quest for a minor reward.

I REALLY wish that quest-givers like this one (really, ESPECIALLY this one) would not be one-timers, but offer other quests.

This one in question says, when you complete their quest, to come back later to see if they have other work for you, which seems to indicate that, at one time, they were INTENDING to extend additional quests to people as time went on, through existing Quest Givers.
