quest for cooking tali

Can someone please point me to the npc(s) that give cooking talisman. TY.

I looked on stratics, uoguide...tells you crafting ones...but none for cooking.

Pretty much any of the Heartwood quests in Yew gives out random talismans. The more quests you do, the better chance of getting the talisman you want (and maybe a rare recipe or runic tool).
