Focus Skill Spec (PVP)
Increase of spell damage increase cap from 15% to 30% (Reduced from TC 40%)for templates that focus in only one spell school. Focused players, having no more than 30.0 modified skill points in another main skill set will be able to benefit from the raised cap.Main skills include: Magery, Necromancy, Mysticism, Ninjitsu, Bushido, Animal Taming, Musicianship, Chivary, Spellweaving. Secondary skills also count towards focus spec such as: Focus, Spirit Speak, Imbuing, and Evaluate Intelligence.
note the bold text

does this mean if I have 120 mage and 120 eval I don't get a 15% SDI cap increase (to 30% total) in PvP? doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose?

OR

does it mean I can only 1 main skill above 30.0 and 1 secondary skill above 30.0?

You can have both eval and magery, but if you add another secondary skill, such as focus, or spirit speak, you lose the 30% cap.

You can have one main skill, one secodary, but if you take another main OR secondary skill then you lose the 30% cap.
