PVP Macros and Hotkeys

Returned after 10 years. Much has changed. Getting the swing of thinks. Why has nobody made a video on utilizing the targeting system and pvp tactics? I have fogotton some but remember how I setup most of my mage macros. Would be nice to get some advice on how people are using macros and targeting system now
