Rwek your one of many who are after an up to date guide.
Due to my job i don't have access to UO for 6 months. Been 4 months so far so got another 2 months left until my work is finished.

If noone has written an up to date one by the time i get back in April then i'll persevere to put one together which will be up to date and relevant.

Meanwhile if you have specific questions that need answering there's alot of veteran pvp mages here who can help you out if you ask them nicely, i'm sure they will crawl out of the woodwork for you.
