PvP flagging question

Why is it that if I am blue and i fight a gray guy.. then the gray guy goes blue to everyone but me, and I cast a demon and say all kill it flags me gray?

Yet if a necro mage does the same thing only casting a Revanent it doesn't flag the necro gray?

Hasnt it always been like that? Its the same with tamers, kinda sucks

For the same reason it flags you if you use pets or pixies, it's broken.
